*You do this meditation by yourself in private.
*Make your space special for this special time you are about to have. I suggest dim lighting or candles & incense or fragrance.
*You may stand, sit, or lie down.
*Wear as little clothes as possible ~ nude if you're willing.

 


Relax and go slow, being with yourself. Release expectations or fears. This is not a meditation that involves sexual activity... only the allowing of your sensuality to express itself ;)
